Common use of Resignation from Positions Clause in Contracts

Resignation from Positions. Unless otherwise requested by the Company in writing, upon termination of employment, for whatever reason, Employee shall be deemed to have resigned from any and all titles, positions and appointments Employee holds with the Company, Xxxx’x Corporation or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates whether as an officer, director, employee, committee member, trustee or otherwise. Employee agrees to promptly execute such documents as the Company, in its sole discretion, shall reasonably deem necessary to effect such resignations.

Employee Executive agrees to promptly execute such documents as the Company, in its sole discretion, shall reasonably deem necessary to effect such resignations.
