Common use of Resignation from Positions Clause in Contracts

Resignation from Positions. If Executive’s employment with the Company terminates for any reason, Executive shall resign at that time from all officer positions that Executive may have held with Coty. Executive hereby irrevocably appoints the Company and its duly authorized officers and agents to be his attorney in his name to execute such documents or instruments as the Company may deem reasonably necessary or desirable to effect such resignation or resignations.

If for any reason this Section 14.2 is deemed insufficient to effect such resignation, Executive hereby irrevocably appoints authorizes the Secretary and any Assistant Secretary of the Company and its duly authorized officers and agents to be his attorney in his name to execute such documents or instruments as the Company may deem reasonably necessary or desirable to effect such resignation or resignations, and to act as Executive’s attorney-in fact solely for the purpose of so effecting such resignation or resignations.
