Resignation Notice. Four (4) weeks written notice shall be given regarding termination of employment by the employee, unless mutually satisfactory arrangements are made otherwise. Accrued vacation, holiday and overtime benefits shall be paid out on the day of termination or on the next regular payday where the termination and payday are not the same.
