General Wage Adjustment. Fiscal Years 2022-2023 There will be no general wage adjustments in fiscal years 2022 and 2023. Section 3 Annual Increase
A. Fiscal Year 2022 All employees below the maximum of the applicable pay band who have at least one year of service shall receive a two and one half percent (2.5%) increase effective on July 1, 2021, where work performance has been satisfactory. All employees below the maximum of the appropriate pay band who have less than one year of service shall receive a two and one half percent (2.5%) increase effective on their one-year anniversary date, where work performance has been satisfactory. Employees who receive a performance evaluation score of 8-9 points may have their wage increase withheld or delayed by the Employer upon written notice to the Employee because of a pattern of unsatisfactory work performance or a particularly egregious incident which has been formally addressed with the employee within the preceding twelve (12) months. Increases so withheld or delayed may subsequently be granted if the Appointing Authority determines that the employee has achieved a satisfactory level of performance in accordance with the Pay for Performance Model outlined by the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Employees who receive a performance evaluation score of seven (7) or below are ineligible for a wage increase for the respective fiscal year of the contract and review period.
General Wage Adjustment. Subject to 12/1/2, below, each eligible employee in pay status on the effective date will receive a General Wage Adjustment of two and one-half percent (2.5%). An employee who is not eligible to receive a General Wage Adjustment of two and one-half percent (2.5%) due solely to the pay range maximum limitation will be eligible to receive an Annualized General Wage Adjustment Payment under Section 2, below.

Employees who receive a performance evaluation score of ten to fifteen (10-15) points shall receive the two and one half percent (2.5%) wage increase. General Wage Adjustment. Each eligible employee in pay status on the effective date, or who retired, died or was laid off after October 16, 2005, will receive a General Wage Adjustment of two percent (2.0%). An employee who is not eligible to receive any portion of the General Wage Adjustment due solely to the pay range maximum limitation will be eligible to receive an Annualized General Wage Adjustment Payment under C./1., below.
General Wage Adjustment. 1/1/01. Effective January 1, 2001 (or closest pay period) all salary rates applicable to individuals in this bargaining unit (as well as the minimum, midpoint and maximum rates for each salary range) shall be increased 2.75%.
General Wage Adjustment. Effective July 1, 2017, the University will adjust the pay rate for employees in the Union by a General Wage Adjustment of 1.26
General Wage Adjustment. 2% base wage increase applied to both salary schedule A and B, effective the first full pay period in January 2020.
