Resignation/Retirement. A. Any member of the Faculty who is resigning or retiring from the University must notify in writing the Xxxxxxx at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the regular academic year. The Association will be notified of such resignations or retirements within ten (10) working days of receipt of the Notification of Separation form in the Office of Academic Personnel. B. Any member of the Faculty who accepts another position prior to leaving the University will meet with his/her Department Chair, College Xxxx, and/or Regional Campus Xxxx, as applicable, to discuss issues related to his/her separation from the University and any potential conflict of interest.
