Common use of Resignations at the End of the School Year Clause in Contracts

Resignations at the End of the School Year. An employee who wishes to resign prior to issuance of new contracts shall notify Human Resources in writing. Notification in writing shall also be sent to the building Principal or the immediate Supervisor.
