Resiliency Criteria. Pursuant to the 2020 Piggyback PRIME NOFA, Owner has committed to construct the Project to meet certain criteria that make the Project more resilient in the event of disasters. Owner agrees to maintain the Project in accordance with such standards throughout the Term. The required standards for the Project are more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto.
