Common use of Resolution Period Clause in Contracts

Resolution Period. If Seller delivers a Dispute Notice, then Buyer and Seller shall seek in good faith to resolve the Disputed Items during the 45-day period beginning on the date Buyer receives the Dispute Notice (the “Resolution Period”). If Buyer and Seller reach agreement with respect to any Disputed Items, Buyer shall revise the Closing Statement to reflect such agreement.

Resolution Period. If Seller Buyer delivers a Dispute Notice, then Buyer and Seller shall seek in good faith to resolve the Disputed Items during the 4520-day period beginning on the date Buyer Seller receives the Dispute Notice (the “Resolution Period”). If Buyer and the Seller Representative reach agreement with respect to any Disputed Items, Buyer shall revise the Closing Statement to reflect such agreement.

If the Buyer and the Seller reach agreement with respect to any Disputed ItemsItem, the Buyer shall revise the Closing Statement to reflect such agreement.
