Resolutions and Reports of the Board. The Board agrees that any reports or recommendations about to be made to the Board or a Committee of the Board dealing with matters in any way affecting its employees will be communicated to the Union before they are dealt with by the Board or a Committee of the Board, so as to afford the Union a reasonable opportunity of considering them and if necessary speaking to them when they are dealt with by the Board. Members of Local 5101 will become formally involved in Board committees.
