Resolutions and Reports of the Board. 11.01 Board Shall Notify Union Any reports or recommendations about to be made to the Board dealing with matters of policy and/or conditions of employment which affect employees within this bargaining unit shall be communicated by the Board to the Union in time to afford the Union a reasonable opportunity to consider them and, if deemed necessary, to speak to them when they are dealt with by the Board.
