Resource discovery Clause Samples

The Resource Discovery clause defines the process by which parties identify, access, and share relevant resources or information necessary for the execution of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the methods for requesting and providing access to data, systems, or personnel, and may specify timelines, formats, or confidentiality requirements. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have the necessary resources to fulfill their obligations, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating smooth collaboration.
Resource discovery. Upon list resources event the SDN manager returns a list of available SDN endpoints to the Experiment Manager.
Resource discovery. First step is to list which resources are available to be requested. In Figure 9 the available resources are listed in the left of the orange and grey table. This list has three important columns:  Name: This is an id of the resource and must be used later when defining the experiment  Description: This is a detailed description of the resource. Please read it carefully before deploying the resource, since it may not fit your requirements  Node Type: this filed is the TOSCA node type associated to that resource.
Resource discovery. The EM provides to the Experimenter a list of available resources offered as a service. It gathers this list from the individual resource managers. Each resource is defined with: • an id as unique identifier • a cardinality that defines the number of instance of this resource that can be deployed • a testbed that indicates the in which testbed this resource can be deployed • a description of the resource
