RESOURCES TO IMPLEMENT THE ACTION. The beneficiaries must have the appropriate resources to implement the action. If it is necessary to implement the action, the beneficiaries may: - purchase goods, works and services (see Article 10); - use in-kind contributions provided by third parties against payment (see Article 11); - use in-kind contributions provided by third parties free of charge (see Article 12); - call upon subcontractors to implement action tasks described in Annex 1 (see Article 13); - call upon linked third parties to implement action tasks described in Annex 1 (see Article 14). In these cases, the beneficiaries retain sole responsibility towards the [Commission][Agency] and the other beneficiaries for implementing the action.

If providing cloud computing services for System Agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program, Contractor certifies it will maintain program compliance and certification throughout the term of the Contract.

  • Outage Authority and Coordination Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner may each, in accordance with NYISO procedures and Good Utility Practice and in coordination with the other Party, remove from service any of its respective Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment. Absent an Emergency State, the Party scheduling a removal of such facility(ies) from service will use Reasonable Efforts to schedule such removal on a date and time mutually acceptable to both the Developer and the Connecting Transmission Owner. In all circumstances either Party planning to remove such facility(ies) from service shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect on the other Party of such removal.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.
