Respect and Courtesy. We act in a polite and respectful manner at all times. We are welcoming and approachable. We value those at or involved with the Market. We respect the rights, dignity and worth of others. We refrain from any form of harassment, intimidation or unwanted physical contact of others. We respect the privacy of customers and other stallholders. We respect the right of other stallholders to set up and sell at the Market. We refrain from rude, violent, aggressive, uncooperative or belligerent behaviour toward others. We refrain from verbal criticism of other stallholders or their products. We reject profanity or vulgarity towards any other person, either by actions or in any language. The Stall Site which is the subject of this Agreement is:
Respect and Courtesy. All Employees will treat other employees, patients, and client with respect and courtesy.
Respect and Courtesy. 2.1 In dealing with each other, employees covered by this Agreement, the Union and all its officers and employees, and the Employer and all its Supervisors and executives, shall conduct themselves with mutual respect and courtesy.
2.2 The Union and all its officers and employees, as well as the employees covered by this Agreement, acknowledge the public-facing nature of the Employer’s business and the critical importance of showing respect and courtesy to store customers and other members of the public at all times.
2.3 Providing excellent customer service in the most efficient, effective, courteous, and productive manner is of great importance to the Employer and the Union. Excellent customer service is recognized to be a goal of the Employer, Union, and all employees as they perform their respective roles and meet their responsibilities.
2.4 The Parties agree that there will be no discrimination or harassment in accordance with the Ontario
Respect and Courtesy. You have the responsibility to treat all Denali CRT board members, volunteers, and other clients with respect and courtesy. You have the responsibility to behave in an acceptable manner at all times while at Denali CRT and when receiving Denali CRT sponsored services.
