RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION. Communications between supervisors and employees are expected to be respectful, and discipline shall be, in general, directed at correcting performance problems. The Employer will not impose discipline in the presence of other employees, consumers, or the public except in extraordinary situations which pose a serious, immediate threat to the safety, health or well- being of others. The Employer will impose discipline for minor infractions within ten (10) working days of discovery
