RESPONDING AGENCY'S TRAVELING EMPLOYEE NEEDS. − Responding Agency shall document the basic needs of Responding Agency's traveling employees, such as reasonable lodging and meal expenses of Responding Agency's personnel, including without limitation transportation expenses for travel to and from the stricken area during the period of aid and assistance.
