Response Management, Sifting and Presentation of Candidates. A3.1.4.1 The Contractor shall provide a Response Management, Sifting and Presentation of Candidates service as directed by the Lead/Customer Organisation, which may include, but not limited to: managing candidate responses and providing back up facilities where necessary for any candidates unable to access the Internet to submit their applications; monitoring application numbers to identify the need for and, where agreed by the Client, the implementation of further interventions during a campaign; preliminary sifting of candidates to shortlist down to the agreed number; identifying and handling GIS candidates appropriately; administering the necessary eligibility checks as detailed per campaign including the mandatory Right to Work checks; ensuring that candidates are aware of, and complete, any additional sifting procedures, e.g. this may include, but shall not be limited to, online testing using either bespoke or off-the-shelf tests or existing tests in use by departments/professions; telephone interviews; final sifting of applications for the purpose of short listing; providing a full response management, sifting and presentation of candidates facility to manage offline applications.
