Response Time for Technical Questions. If the Lessor needs technical input from DAFHG in order to remedy Defects, the Lessor shall contact DAFHG without undue delay to obtain the necessary information. If the employees of DAFHG at the technical level are not available to answer the Lessor's questions, the Lessor shall escalate the inquiry to the next level of support or management of DAFHG until an answer can be obtained.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Periodic Update of Contact Information The District shall provide CSEA with a list of all bargaining unit members’ names and contact information on the last working day of, January, May, and September.
