RESPONSIBILITIES AND SERVICES OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. 1.1. Scope: Construction Manager shall provide the services described herein and under Exhibit “A” for the Project. The parties agree that the Construction Manager’s services described herein are based on an: [INSERT PROJECT DELIVERY METHOD (e.g., Agency construction management/general contractor delivery method (Design, Bid, Build).] Construction Manager agrees to perform corresponding services related to this delivery model as designated by the District. The parties agree that if there is a change in the designated delivery models after execution of this Agreement, Construction Manager’s fee shall be equitably adjusted accordingly, positively or negatively, as agreed by the Parties after consultation and, as approved by the District’s Governing Board, and this Agreement amended to incorporate such adjusted fee and delivery method.
