RESPONSIBILITIES AND SERVICES OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. 1.1. Scope: Construction Manager shall provide the services described herein and under Exhibit “A” for the Project. The parties agree that the Construction Manager’s services described herein are based on an: [INSERT PROJECT DELIVERY METHOD (e.g., Agency construction management/general contractor delivery method (Design, Bid, Build).] Construction Manager agrees to perform corresponding services related to this delivery model as designated by the District.   • Responsibilities of Contractor A. The Contractor shall perform all work on the described project as required by the Contract documents. The work to be performed includes the labor and services necessary to produce such replacement, and all materials, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and machinery required for replacement.
