Responsibilities of Application Service Provider. Members shall ensure that the ASP correctly conveys its messages in its name and that it will only return messages that concern the Member. The ASP must be capable of providing documentary evidence demonstrating its ability to correctly convey messages in its name as provided above in the event of an incident or at the request of the Member, Euronext, Regulators, court order or any other legal or regulatory authority.
