Responsibilities of MHA and Member. MHA agrees that Member’s engaging in “direct contracts” with Vendors is not a violation of this Membership Agreement. Member agrees to make best efforts to have all contracts with Vendors run through MHA’s purchasing program and to create a fair and equitable business relationship between Member and MHA when approached by Vendors for direct contracts.
