• Responsibilities of the Parties 1.5.1 The Parties shall perform all obligations of this Agreement in accordance with all Applicable Laws and Regulations, Operating Requirements, and

• Responsibilities of the Licensee The Licensee shall develop and maintain an inspection system intended to ensure quality of service and standards of sanitation and cleanliness. This system shall include written records of inspections made. These records shall be made available to the Licensor upon request.

• RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES A. BellSouth will include billing number information associated with resold exchange lines or SPNP arrangements in its LIDB. <<customer_name>> will request any toll billing exceptions via the Local Service Request (LSR) form used to order resold exchange lines, or the SPNP service request form used to order SPNP arrangements.

• RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY City or its representative shall issue all communications to Contractor. City has the authority to request changes in the work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and with the terms in Exhibit A – Scope of Work. City has the authority to stop work or to suspend any work.

• RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STATE 3.2.1 The State will identify a Project Manager for the Project. The Project Manager will be the sole point of contact between the Contractor and the State. The Project Manager will be the State’s representative authorized to communicate the State’s position and directions related to all contract work and to coordinate all change orders with the Commissioner of Buildings and General Services as deemed necessary.
