Applications for Mail Ballots. The District and Contracting Officer agree that early voting by mail ballots shall be processed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Texas Election Code and that 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 is the early voting clerk's mailing address to which ballot applications and ballots voted by mail shall be sent for the District.
