Responsibility for Function and Operation. Tenant will be responsible for the function and operation of all Tenant’s Improvements, regardless of whether approved by Landlord or installed by Landlord at Tenant’s request, but Landlord shall be responsible for insuring all Tenant’s Improvements after completion thereof, as provided in Section 10.2.1. Landlord’s preparation, review or approval of any design or construction documents will not constitute any representation or warranty as to the adequacy, efficiency, performance or desirability of Tenant’s Improvements in the Premises.
