Responsibility for Funding and Construction of Infrastructure Improvements. (a) Subject to the provisions herein contained, Xxxxxxxxx agrees to assume and satisfy, at its own cost, all applicable development costs, and to construct or install, or cause to be constructed or installed, in accordance with County Codes and Regulations, all improvements described herein.
