Common use of Responsibility for Gas Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Gas. (a) Evoenergy is responsible for Gas in its custody and control between the Receipt Stations and the Delivery Station at each Delivery Point and must replace (by way of Replacement Gas in accordance with clause 9.5(e) and 9.5(f)) any Gas lost whilst in the care and control of Evoenergy at a time and on the terms determined by Evoenergy in its discretion, acting reasonably. (b) Not used.
