Responsibility for Removing Facilities. Applicant shall be responsible for and shall bear all expenses arising out of or in connection with the removal of its facilities from SWBT’s poles, ducts, conduits, and rights-of-way. Such removals shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of this article.
