Responsibility for Results. The Customer will be responsible for the results obtained from use of the Deliverables.
Responsibility for Results. Customer shall be responsible for checking results that it or any Authorised User obtains from using the Asite Platform, Applications and Services and promptly reporting any errors to Asite in accordance with the Service Level Agreement. Except to the extent expressly provided for in this Clause 10, Customer and the Authorised Users assume responsibility for, and for business conducted through, the Asite Platform and Asite shall have no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss caused by errors or omissions in any information, instructions or scripts provided by Customer in connection with the Asite Platform, Applications or Services or any actions taken by Asite at Customer’s direction.
