Responsibility of Sponsor Sample Clauses
Responsibility of Sponsor. Except when otherwise specified in the Delivery Application, the Sponsor shall be responsible for all expenses relating to shipping physical gold from the Precious Metals Dealer to the Delivery Applicant as specified in the Delivery Application. Such expenses will typically be billed separately to the Sponsor, but may be included in the transaction-based fee referenced in Section 5.1., as may be agreed upon between the Sponsor and the Precious Metals Dealer.
Responsibility of Sponsor. SPONSOR is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems with written SOPs to ensure that trials are conducted and data are generated, documented (recorded), and reported in compliance with the protocol, GCP, and the applicable regulatory requirement(s).
Responsibility of Sponsor. Sponsor shall:
(a) Complete all administrative requirements, including having at least one LPA Certified staff member;
(b) Select consultants based on qualifications, utilizing WYDOT’s help if needed;
(c) Submit Plans, Specifications and Estimates along with bid documents to WYDOT Local Government Coordination (LGC) Office for review and concurrence prior to project advertisement;
(d) Submit bid tabulations to WYDOT LGC Office for review and concurrence prior to awarding project;
(e) Monitor project progress and submit reimbursement requests to WYDOT’s LGC Office at least once per quarter; and
(f) After final xxxx is paid, submit it for reimbursement to WYDOT LGC Office with Completion and Acceptance Certificate
Responsibility of Sponsor. Sponsor shall use reasonable commercial efforts to make such documentary and informational submissions as are necessary in order for applicable Governmental Authorities to establish a rate at which End Users will be reimbursed under the Medicare program for the administration of the test contained in Co-Developed Test Kits.
Responsibility of Sponsor. It is the responsibility of Sponsor to be knowledgeable and educated on the BMPs of stormwater protection. It is not the responsibility of COWP to train, educate, or relay information to Sponsor.
