RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EMPLOYER. 2.1 The Employer agrees not to interfere with the rights of its employees designated within the scope of the Agreement, and there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, intimidation, bullying and coercion by the Employer, or any of its representatives against any employee because of Union Membership, or against any union representative because of Union activity within the provisions of this Collective Agreement.
