PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.
WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFITS The minimum hourly rate of Wages and Benefits shall be as per Attachment “A”. Wages at the established rates specified herein shall be paid weekly in the shop or on the job at or before quitting time on any day, Monday through Friday, of each week, and no more than five (5) calendar days pay will be withheld. Alternative payroll procedures, i.e., electronic and/or automatic deposit may be utilized by the Employer. Employees laid off through no fault of their own shall be paid in full ½ hour prior to quitting time or if the employee is signed up for electronic transfer, the money shall be transferred to his or her account within 24 hours. Employees who were discharged or voluntarily quit shall be paid their wages per the Site Local Union’s Agreement. Assessments or Penalties for late pay or non-payment of wages shall be as per the Site Local Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement. Holidays and vacations shall comply with the terms of the Site Local Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Wages and Salaries The wages and salaries for Unit employees have been negotiated in good faith between the Union and the District and shall be as set forth in Appendix A of this Agreement. The wages and salaries set forth in Appendix A are intended to, and do, meet any prevailing wage obligations which are or may be imposed upon the District.
Wages and Allowances The wages contained herein at Clause 7 – Wages Schedules will be in lieu of the wages described in other Appendices of this Agreement but are to be read in conjunction with Clause 4 of this Appendix. The allowances will apply as contained in Appendix A unless mentioned otherwise in this Appendix.
Charges and Billing The amount payable for the Cloud Service is specified in an Order Document.
Outages and Maintenance In the event that a Registry Operator plans maintenance, it will provide notice to the ICANN emergency operations department, at least, twenty-four (24) hours ahead of that maintenance. ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department. During that declared outage, ICANN’s emergency operations department will note and suspend emergency escalation services for the monitored services involved.
Transmission Wages and Salaries Allocation Factor shall equal the ratio of Connecting Transmission Owner Transmission-related direct electric wages and salaries including any direct wages or salaries charged to Connecting Transmission Owner by a Connecting Transmission Owner Affiliate to Connecting Transmission Owner’s total electric direct wages and salaries including any wages charged to Connecting Transmission Owner by a Connecting Transmission Owner Affiliate excluding any electric administrative and general wages and salaries. Damages and Costs You agree to pay for damages, lost property or extraordinary service or administrative costs you, your designated roommate or your guests cause to University residence facilities whether through accident, neglect or intent. See Appendix II for more information about assessments. All residents of a floor or unit may be assessed for cleaning, damages, lost property or extraordinary service costs where the person(s) responsible cannot be ascertained by the University but where the damages, lost property, or excessive mess were reasonably believed by Student Housing and Hospitality Services to be caused by one or more residents of a floor or unit. Where charges and costs have not been paid by the specified date, a late fee will be added. Failure to pay assessments may result in the relocation of you or other resident(s) to another floor or unit, denial of future residence assignment or eviction from residence. To appeal an assessment you must follow the written appeal procedure outlined on the assessment form. Appeals will only be considered if you are not in arrears for any other fees, charges or amounts owed to Student Housing and Hospitality Services.
