Common use of Responsible Personnel Clause in Contracts

Responsible Personnel. The services described in this Agreement shall be performed in part and supervised by Xxxxx Xxxxx. Provider shall assign only competent personnel to perform services pursuant to this Agreement. In the event that the CCCSWA, in its sole discretion, at any time during the term of this Agreement, desires the removal of any person or persons assigned by Provider to perform services pursuant to this Agreement, Provider shall remove any such person immediately upon receiving notice thereof from the CCCSWA.

Responsible Personnel. The professional services described in this Agreement shall will be performed in part and supervised by Xxxxx XxxxxXxXxxxxx.
