The annual cost for the thirteen nurses would be approximately $800. All bargaining unit members are eligible for these reimbursements. If approved, upon submission of voucher, course expenses will be paid by the Office. b. HIPAA Policies and Procedures
c. Mandated reporter requirements and procedures;
d. Incident and accident reporting;
e. Basic health and safety practices;
f. Infection control practices;
g. Trauma informed care;
h. Verbal intervention
i. De-escalation techniques;
j. Identification and mitigation of unsafe environmental factors;
k. Emergency restraint procedures; and
l. Client financial safeguards under Department Regulations.
5. In addition, Caretaker must obtain and provide documentation to Agency’s Director of Waiver Programs of appropriate training at least once every two (2) calendar years on the following topics:
a. Emergency and Evacuation Procedures

Training and Certifications. A. The City agrees to continue its participation in the California Firefighter Joint Apprenticeship Committee Program for the duration of this MOU. Such agreement of participation is contingent upon all elements, conditions, and provisions relative to the program remaining unchanged from that which was in effect at the time the MOU became effective.
B. The City will continue to pay the fees required for the State of California EMT-P licensure and San Bernardino County (ICEMA) accreditation for personnel certified as paramedics.
