Common use of Responsible Personnel Clause in Contracts

Responsible Personnel. IR shall (i) from time to time designate a senior level manager at IR who shall have overall responsibility for IR’s provision of Services hereunder and (ii) upon reasonable request of Purchaser, provide Purchaser with a list of key management personnel of IR who may be contacted by Purchaser with respect to performance of each Service.

Responsible Personnel. With respect to this Agreement, IR shall (i) from time to time designate a senior level manager at IR who shall have overall responsibility for IR’s provision of Services services hereunder and (ii) upon reasonable request of Purchaser, provide Purchaser with a list of key support, quality and management personnel of IR who may be contacted by Purchaser with respect to the specific performance of each that Service.
