Rest Breaks for Availability duty. (i) An Employee who is required to work Monday to Friday or part thereof between the hours of 11pm to 6am inclusive, shall be afforded a rest period for all time spent working during that period. Such rest period to commence at the normal starting time on that day. (ii) Provided further that such rest period be paid at ordinary time. (iii) Where an Employee is called out 3 times between the hours of 11 pm to 6 am inclusive, the Employee, without any loss of pay, shall not be required to work their ordinary hours on that day.
