Common use of Rest Periods and Clean-up Time Clause in Contracts

Rest Periods and Clean-up Time. A. Employees may be granted a rest period of up to fifteen (15) minutes per work day. Employees covered by recently expired contracts shall continue to enjoy the same rest period benefits provided for in such contracts. B. Employees covered by recently expired contracts entitling them to clean-up time shall continue to enjoy the same clean-up benefits provided for in such contracts.
