Restoration of Easement Area. Grantee shall fully restore the Easement Area, to its original or better pre-existing condition.
Restoration of Easement Area. After the installation of utilities by Grantee in the Easement Area, or any maintenance of such utilities by Grantee, Grantee shall, at its sole cost and expense, restore the Easement Area and disturbed surrounding areas to the same or better condition that existed before such installation and maintenance of the utilities.
Restoration of Easement Area. Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall fully restore the Property to its original or better pre-existing condition.
Restoration of Easement Area. Grantee will restore the Easement Area following any maintenance, repair, replacement or construction of the Utility Facilities, to match the Easement Area’s existing condition, prior to Utility Facilities construction, as nearly as practicable. In the event Grantee fails to restore the Easement Area as described following any maintenance, repair, replacement or construction of the Utility Facilities, Grantor shall have the right to restore the same at the Grantee’s expense.
Restoration of Easement Area. The Parties agree that the work described in Section 3, “Scope of Work in Easement Area” shall constitute full restoration of the Easement Area to a condition better than existing at the time of granting of this Easement.
