Restoration of Easement Area. Grantee shall fully restore the Easement Area, to its original or better pre-existing condition.

Restoration of Easement Area. After the installation of utilities by Grantee in the Easement Area, or any maintenance of such utilities by Grantee, Grantee shall, at its sole cost and expense, restore the Easement Area and disturbed surrounding areas to the same or better condition that existed before such installation and maintenance of the utilities.
