Restriction on sub-letting. The Operator shall not sub-license or sub-let the whole or any part of the Project Facilities save and except as may be expressly set forth in this Contract; provided that nothing contained herein shall be construed or interpreted as restricting the right of the Operator to appoint sub-contractors for the performance of its maintenance related obligations hereunder of all or any part of the Project Facilities.
