RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATION ON CONTRACTING OUT. a) In addition to, and without limiting any provisions in the collective agreement, the Employer will not contract out any work presently performed by the employees covered by the collective agreement, which would result in the layoff of such employees, including a reduction in assigned workload.
