  • Electronic Visit Verification ("EVV Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.

  • Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records The Parties consent to the use of electronic signatures. The Agreement, and any other documents requiring a signature hereunder, may be signed electronically by the Parties in the manner specified by any applicable City regulation, rule, and/or ordinance. The Parties agree not to deny the legal effect or enforceability of the Agreement solely because it is in electronic form or because an electronic record was used in its formation.   • WASHINGTON’S ELECTRONIC BUSINESS SOLUTION (WEBS). Contractor represents and warrants that it is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of its information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Master Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.
