Restrictions and Transaction Limits. From time-to-time Robinhood may impose limits on the amount of Cryptocurrency that I may Send or Receive in a single transfer or over the course of a set time period such as one day (“Transaction Limits”). I understand that Robinhood: (i) will make best efforts to provide notice of these Transaction Limits via the Robinhood Platform or other modes of communication, but Robinhood has no obligation to directly inform me in advance of imposing any such Transaction Limits or modifications thereto; (ii) may impose specific Transaction Limits upon me in light of restrictions imposed on my RHC Account or an Affiliated Account, including because I have a negative balance in my RHC Account or an Affiliated Account; and (iii) may do so without prior notice to me. I further understand that I am solely responsible for ensuring that my RHC Account and any Affiliated Accounts are in good standing prior to seeking to initiate any Send or Receive Transaction.
