Modes of communication. I. Client’s instructions may be verbal or in writing and both shall have the same effect. II. SICO records Clients’ telephone calls. These recordings will be SICO’s sole property and may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute. Those Clients who do not give written instructions are urged to contact SICO personnel on landline phone numbers only and to desist from contacting them on their mobile phones. In case of dispute, the Client will be entitled to access these telephone records and SICO will provide all necessary assistance in retrieving such information. Please be informed that telephone recordings are retained for a period of 3 months or longer as deemed appropriate. III. Any notice from SICO to the Client may be served by courier, mail, fax or email. Any correspondences addressed and sent to the Client’s last known address will be deemed to have been received by the Client personally (a) in the event of courier service on the next full working day after delivery of the correspondence to the courier; (b) in the event of mail, three working days after postage; (c) in the event of fax, upon transmission; and (d) in the event of e-mail, upon transmission. Any discrepancy should be reported by the Client directly to the Client Relations Unit of SICO within five business days from the day it was deemed to be received or it shall be deemed conclusive.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.

  • Method of Communication Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all notices and communications hereunder shall be in writing, or by telephone subsequently confirmed in writing. Any notice shall be effective if delivered by hand delivery or sent via telecopy, recognized overnight courier service or certified mail, return receipt requested, and shall be presumed to be received by a party hereto (i) on the date of delivery if delivered by hand or sent by telecopy, (ii) on the next Business Day if sent by recognized overnight courier service and (iii) on the third Business Day following the date sent by certified mail, return receipt requested. A telephonic notice to the Administrative Agent as understood by the Administrative Agent will be deemed to be the controlling and proper notice in the event of a discrepancy with or failure to receive a confirming written notice.
