Restrictions on Other Work. The BPA Contractor, its employees, and subcontractors/consultants are not authorized to accept any instructions, interpretations, or requests for work; honor any changes or revisions which may incur expenditures or affect price; or take actions which affect the terms of performance or any other requirements of the BPAs and associated TOs unless authorized by the BPA CO for BPA issues and the TO CO for Task Orders.
