Government Furnished Items a. Supplies/Equipment: The Government will furnish the following supplies/equipment: paper towels, toilet paper, toilet seat covers, liquid soap, trash bags, feminine hygiene liner, mop & bucket, cleaning solutions, broom and dustpan, hand scrubbers, and dusting tools. The BLM does not provide a dumpster; however, Garfield County does provide one near the parking lot for depositing trash/waste. The Contractor shall notify the onsite staff if the furnished items become damaged or operate improperly giving the Government adequate time to repair or replace them.

Government Furnished Items. 33.3.1 The Authority shall during the Term permit the Contractor to have access to and use of the Government Furnished Items subject to this Clause 33.3 and Schedule 38 (Government Furnished Items). 33.3.2 Title to the Government Furnished Items shall remain with the Authority at all times and, subject to the permissions granted under this Clause 33.3, the Contractor shall have no right or interest in them and shall not obtain title to the Government Furnished Items. 33.3.3 The Authority shall not be responsible for the delivery of Government Furnished Items to and from the Contractor Locations and/or to and from the Authority Premises, nor any costs of delivery, off-loading, packaging and removal of packaging or the costs of delivering the Government Furnished Items back. 33.3.4 In respect of the Government Furnished Items, the Contractor shall: (a) only use, and permit its Sub-Contractors to use, the Government Furnished Items to the extent necessary in order to provide the Services and in a manner which shall minimise the disruption to the business and operations of the Authority and the Users; (b) operate, manage, maintain, catalogue and refresh the Government Furnished Items in accordance with Good Industry Practice or otherwise as specified in Schedule 38 (Government Furnished Items). (c) be responsible for all loss or damage which occurs before the Government Furnished Items are delivered back to the Authority in accordance with Clause 33.3.4(l), provided that the Contractor shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by the Authority's Default or fair wear and tear of any Government Furnished Item resulting from its normal and proper use in connection with the provision of the Services; (d) not move any Government Furnished Item from any location without the Authority's prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed); (e) take reasonable and proper care of the Government Furnished Items in its possession or control; (f) ensure that any instructions or manuals supplied by the manufacturer of the Government Furnished Items for their use and which are made available to the Contractor shall be followed by the Contractor Personnel; (g) take such steps as may be properly recommended by the manufacturer of the Government Furnished Items (to the extent that such steps have been notified to it); (h) not knowingly use or permit any of the Government Furnished Items to be used in contravention of any Law; (i) not permit or assert any lien...
Government Furnished Items. Schedule 2.12(h) sets forth an accurate (in all material respects) list of all personal property, equipment and fixtures loaned, bailed or otherwise furnished to the Company by or on behalf of a Governmental Authority (the “Government Furnished Items”).
