Employee(s) will not make or pursue claims either individually or with other Employee(s), seeking restrictions as to xxxxxxx levels, flexibility of roster arrangements, skill mix of Employee(s), flexibility in the use of labour, use of contract and/or supplementary labour, working of overtime, demarcations of work for any reason, or any other limitations on the Company’s operational requirements.
