The FUSALMO technical assistance team is providing support to strengthen the pedagogical proposal, taking into account each Integrated System’s needs, intentionally incorporating elements of peaceful coexistence and education in the educational guide document of the Integrated Systems. This will make it possible to institutionalize the strategies in the Integrated Systems’ Annual Operation Plans and in each school’s Annual School Plan. As Result 1A mentioned, this result 1B had been integrated to improve quality of teaching and safe environments in classroom as well at school level. This integration had been possible for the 225 schools of the Phase 3. The technical assistance continue in 409 schools with the activities planned. The training of 255 schools of G3 will be completed by next quarter. This quarter, XXXXXXX has continued with capacity building for teachers who received training as sports monitors for the 409 schools. Therefore, 1,963 (711 men, and 1,252 women) had participated in a one day meeting to promote youth participation at school government. Teachers (450), principals (199), MoE officials (9), parents (244), students (1,061) To date, 107 people (42 men and 65 women) in the educational community were provided support on this topic in order to promote environments for healthy coexistence, particularly in sports and recreational strategies at the schools, such as guided play during school break time and recess. They have provided issue-specific technical assistance to 22 teachers, 19 school- principals, 3 MOE officials, 24 parents, and 39 students. These trainings include the implementation of guided play during recess, and the practice of fair play at the schools. Since the Project started, over 1,300 people have been trained as sports monitors in the educational community, involving teachers, students, parents, guardians and community members. They were provided with technical assistance to strengthen their role in the implementation of strategies that focus on fair play and a culture of peace, such as: guided play during recess, and the rules of fair play, all of which affect choices young people make on the sports field. FUSALMO, through their technical assistance team has accompanied the strengthening of the pedagogic proposal, taking into account the needs of each integrated system, they have also started the incorporation of coexistence elements in the ministerial document, because this will allow the institutionalization of Annual School Plan (ASP) and the Annual operation Plan (AOP) of the integrated system. The strengthening process for coexistence skills and peace culture is focus on leadership development in school community. Teachers, school principals, parents of schools and community development that allow positive leadership among youth. The strategy include the inclusion of youth through sports, technology, and citizenship, in order to promote coexistence environments in the classroom and in school. Gap gender had been one of the topics for youth development in schools. According to the strategy promoted by the Project for the reported period, FUNPRES has trained 57 teachers in the First Aid Psychology course (FAP), they built a risk map of their school, as well as identifying the different types of crisis with the purpose of preparing a plan for lower secondary students related to the coexistence committee strategy The Creative Conflict Response and School Bullying Workshop have been developed and are formed by 218 teachers, 92 parents and 103 students. Schools implement the practice of prevention/school bullying attention strategies. Increasing trust towards teachers trained in this specialty had been one of the results of this strategy One of the noticeable changes in schools is that trained students have improved their tolerance level and have improved relationships that contribute to a better environment in school and the classroom. The strategy is based on the fact that the better environment in classroom the better the student´s performance. Teachers have said they feel much better about themselves and are able to manage stress in their daily activities. Result 1B. Strengthened safe learning environment program to reduce school violence in high risk municipalities in 750 schools included in Result 1A above. FUSALMO´s technical assistance team is supporting the pedagogical proposal for the Integrated System. They deliberately are incorporating the coexistence and pedagogical strategy´s key elements in the Integrated Strategic Plan document which will guide the educational efforts for educational improvement. At the same time, it is expecting the institutionalization of these strategies incorporating these elements into the Annual Operational Plan (POA) as well as in the Annual School Plan (PEA) of each school supported The strengthening process of the coexistence and peace culture included teachers, principals, students, parents and community leaders as well, in order to develop positive leaderships. It is focus on youth student through sports, recreation, technology and citizenship activities develop inside the schools. To date, FUNPRES has developed the workshop “Creative Response to Conflict and School” and trained 621 persons from the Group 2 in following municipalities : San Xxxx Xxxxx (24), Quezaltepeque (97), Chalchuapa (26), San Xxxxxxx (65), SanSebastian (38), Apastepeque (39), Soyapango(25), Panchimalco (56), Xxxxxxx xx Xxxx (20), Atiquizaya (38), San Xxxxx Perulapan (57), Cojutepeque (37) and Ilobasco (99). There have been trained 53 teachers in the Psychological First Aid certification program during this quarter. These teachers already have participated in the “Creative Response to Conflict and School Bullying” workshop as a requirement. Trained teacher are from Nejapa (14), San Xxxx Xxxxx (12), Santa Xxx (15) and Chalchuapa (12). In addition, 9 teachers from Atiquizaya and 12 from Chalchuapa have been trained through the certification program Inclusive Education and Assistance to Students with Special Educational Needs. Since the beginning of the Project, more than 1,000 leaders from the educational community have been trained as sports monitors, including teachers, students, parents, and relatives. Result 1B. Strengthened safe learning environment program to reduce school violence in high risk municipalities in 750 schools included in Result 1A above Undertaken activities have been able to help schools advance by incorporating coexistence aspects from the pedagogic proposal. The Project strengthened the educational community when it came to organizing the Coexistence Committee, as well as in the promotion of classroom values that promote collaborative work and respecting diversity. They have also put to work mechanisms and strategies to contribute in the construction of school coexistence through integral training in Conflict Management, School Bullying and Healthy recreational environments. The Project moves forward in the integration of the pedagogic proposal and the coexistence topic in schools. FUNPRES provides technical assistance to 90% of schools (first phase) where teachers and school principals have finalized their training. This topic has helped integrate coexistence strategies to school and classroom management. Trained teachers and school principals have been able to commit as a team and have included in the pedagogic proposal, strategies to improve pedagogy and coexistence. There has been coexistence reinforcement for those teachers who have put in practice conflict resolution strategies in their classrooms, what students have learned from this implementation has contributed in bringing teachers and students together. There were talks with school principals on the preparation of a plan against school bullying and they made a commitment to write it. Teachers are more open and flexible with the process and what they have written shows enthusiasm in the multiplication of activities through inter-learning circles in their schools. Participants have mentioned that these trainings have helped them strengthen their esteem and have improved the way they deal with stress in the day to day activities. Trained students have mentioned they have gotten involved in school activities, they have taken leading roles and are more active. Parents have shown more interest and responsibility by becoming part of the different school committees. Teachers who participate have created a map of risks of their schools and have identified different types of crisis. Result 1B. Safe learning environments strengthened in schools to reduce violence in high risk municipalities in 750 schools. XxX has conducted two workshops to socialize the strategy of the new pedagogic proposal which includes the inclusion of the coexistence topic. The Project has made contributions on the issue of how to design an integrated strategy in schools within the Coexistence Plan, Bullying Prevention and Conflict Management. FHI360, FUSALMO and MoE have conducted workshops to learn about FTIS and the pedagogic proposal that will form part of the Projects framework. The technical assistance proposal has been designed in this national framework. During this quarter FUNPRES has continued the training process on topic Creative Conflict Response in 6 municipalities with high risk of violence, selected in phase 1 of the Project. 100 school principals and MoE officials have been trained (59 women and 41 men). For next quarter we are planning to incorporate this experience in the technical assistance design for schools.

The Government of India, as per Clause 5.2(u) of the Indian Electricity Grid Code (IEGC), encourages a status of “must-run” to solar power projects. Accordingly, no solar power plant, duly commissioned, should be directed to back down by a Discom/ Load Dispatch Centre (LDC).
