Results of Tests. Results of tests shall be promptly made available by each party to the other and to the Superintendent.

Results of Tests. The results of the tests (stability, compatibility, challenge, patch, ocular tests and/or other tests as required by applicable laws and regulations, the applicable Approved Brief and industry standards) will be recorded in a written document supplied to Cosmetics within fourteen (14) working days after the completion of tests.
Results of Tests. Members who are tested will be notified of the results of all drug/alcohol tests and provided a copy of the corresponding test results, as they become available, at no cost to the member as they become available. If the member has a drug and alcohol test and intends on introducing the results of such test at his/her disciplinary hearing, the District will be provided with a copy of the results of the test at no cost and at least thirty (30) days prior to the hearing.
