Retailer Notice. The Settlement Administrator shall mail a notice to each and every Quicktrim retailer in the United States a notice in the form substantially similar to the notice appended hereto as Exhibit J, wherein the retailers will be asked to display a posting at their place of business until the Notice deadline, advising consumers of the settlement and referring Settlement Class Members to the Internet Notice and the toll-free number for the Claim Form.

  • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property. Upon notification, the Contractor will cease all work until notified by the City that the violation or unsafe condition has been corrected. The Contractor shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City as a result of the issuance of such Stop Work Notice.

  • Providing Notice of Breaches 8.1 If Covered Entity determines that an impermissible acquisition, access, use or disclosure of PHI for which one of Business Associate’s employees or agents was responsible constitutes a Breach as defined in 45 CFR § 164.402, and if requested by Covered Entity, Business Associate shall provide notice to the individual(s) whose PHI has been the subject of the Breach.
