RETENTION AND SCOPE OF SERVICES. 2.1 Fanxi hereby agrees to retain the Services of ARC, and ARC accepts such retention, to provide Fanxi with the Services in relation to the current and proposed operations of Fanxi’s Business in the PRC pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Services subject to this Agreement shall include without limitation:
(a) General business operation.
(i) Provide general advice and assistance relating to the management and operation of the Business of Fanxi
RETENTION AND SCOPE OF SERVICES. Party A hereby agrees to retain the services of Party B, and Party B accepts such appointment, to provide to Party A logistics and other related services (the “Services”) pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
RETENTION AND SCOPE OF SERVICES. 2.1 Nuo Wa hereby agrees to retain the Services of NOVA, and NOVA accepts such retention, to provide Nuo Wa with the Services in relation to the current and proposed operations of Nuo Wa’s Business in the PRC pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Services subject to this Agreement shall include without limitation:
(a) General business operation.
(i) Provide general advice and assistance relating to the management and operation of the Business of Nuo Wa.
RETENTION AND SCOPE OF SERVICES. 2.1 Xingguo hereby agrees to retain the services of General Red BVI, and General Red BVI accepts such appointment, to provide to Xingguo services in relation to the current and proposed operations of Xingguo’s business in the PRC upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The services subject to this Agreement shall include, without limitation:
RETENTION AND SCOPE OF SERVICES. 3.1 Party B hereby agrees to retain the services of Party A, and Party A accepts such appointment, to provide to Party B services in relation to the current and proposed operations of Party B’s business in the PRC upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The services subject to this Agreement shall include, without limitation:
(a) General management consulting service,
(b) Human resource management.
(i) Advice and assistance in relation to the staffing of Party B, including assistance in the recruitment, employment and secondment of management personnel, administrative personnel and staff of Party B;
(ii) Training of management, staff and administrative personnel;
(iii) Assistance in the development of sound payroll administrative controls in Party B;
(iv) Advice and assistance in the relocation of management and staff of Party B;
RETENTION AND SCOPE OF SERVICES. 2.1 YaZhuo hereby agrees to retain the Services of EWSI, and EWSI accepts such retention, to provide YaZhuo with the Services in relation to the current and proposed operations of YaZhuo’s Business in the PRC pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. (a) General business operation.
(i) Provide general advice and assistance relating to the management and operation of the Business of YaZhuo.
RETENTION AND SCOPE OF SERVICES. 2.1 Shensheng Aluminum hereby agrees to retain the services of Shentong Investment, and Shentong Investment accepts such appointment, to provide to Shensheng Aluminum services in relation to the current and proposed operations of Shensheng Aluminum’s business in the PRC upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The services subject to this Agreement shall include, without limitation:
