Retention / Dismissal of Employees. 3.3.1 Prior to Closing, Party A shall provide Party B with written notice as to which of Transferred Staff shall be retained by the Advertising Co. The said Transferred Staff retained by the Advertising Co shall include the key staff members listed in Schedule B.
