Common use of Retention Incentive Clause in Contracts

Retention Incentive. If a change in control (as defined in subsection 7.4 above) or a strategic investor purchase (as is defined below) occurs while this Agreement is in effect, then Employee will be eligible for a retention incentive (in addition to any other payments or benefits provided under the other provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to the provisions of Sections 5 and 6 above) in accordance with the following provisions:
