Common use of RETENTION OF ULTIMUS Clause in Contracts

RETENTION OF ULTIMUS. The Administrator retains Ultimus to provide the sub-administration services set forth in each Addendum selected below (collectively, the “Services”), which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
