Common use of RETENTION OF ULTIMUS Clause in Contracts

The Administrator retains Ultimus to act as the service provider on behalf of the BDC for the services set forth in the Sub-Administration Addendum (collectively, the “Services”), which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
